What to Expect

🎮 Themed Rooms — Room holders are required to decorate and theme their rooms to anything nerd, geek, or sci-fi. Blacklights, props, cosplay-ready corners, and immersive fandom worlds are strongly encouraged. The more immersive your room, the more unforgettable the experience for everyone.

Before the party kicks off, we'll be hosting educational seminars in the afternoon — a great way to warm up, connect with people, and get in the right headspace before the night takes over. Topics are designed to inform, inspire, and open doors. The night is yours once the party starts.

We secured a premium property exclusively for Nerdgasm. Pricing reflects the full hotel buyout, private pool access, and dedicated play spaces for the night.

Check-in is 2pm. Check out is 12pm

Party goes from 8pm – 3am for Hall Passes without rooms

Finding hotels to host our type of events is EXTREMELY difficult! We VALUE the relationship we have formed with our hotel partners. We are COUNTING on our LSPlayground members to treat this hotel as they would treat their own homes.

This is a complete hotel takeover, however, please be aware the staff of the hotel are not members of the lifestyle. BE RESPECTFUL and COVERED when in all common areas of the hotel. We want everyone to have the time of their lives and we are committed to working HARD to make sure that happens, but we also need you to do your part. This is an ADULT party, and we expect you all to act like adults.
